I will work with your budget!  Bigger sites with more pages are not a problem.  It really depends on consultation and what exactly you are looking for.  For example, if the site is a store and selling numerous items, that takes a lot more work and fees are adjusted accordingly.

 

Maintenance can be billed on a monthly basis or per update.
